1. Who We Are

About SEO Services ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based link building agency. You can reach us at marketing@aboutseoservices.co.uk.

2. Our Services

We provide manual link building services, including guest post placements, niche edits, digital PR outreach, white-label link building and local citation building. The exact scope, target sites and deliverables for any order are confirmed with you directly before work begins.

3. No Guaranteed Rankings

Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including your site's own SEO and your competitors' activity. We don't guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases. What we do guarantee is set out in Section 6.

4. Your Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own, or have the right to promote, the website and content you ask us to link to
• The claims and content you ask us to promote are accurate and lawful
• You'll provide the information and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the work

We may decline or pause an order if we reasonably believe it would break the law, infringe someone's rights, or fall outside what publishers will accept (for example, adult or gambling content, unless specifically agreed in advance).

5. Editorial Discretion

We select publications and write or commission content using our own reasonable editorial judgement, aiming for genuinely relevant, real-traffic sites. We don't guarantee a specific publication, authority score, or turnaround time unless it's confirmed as part of your order.

6. Replacement Guarantee

If a live link we placed for you is taken down, we'll replace it on a comparable site at no extra cost, provided you let us know. Most links carry a lifetime guarantee. Where a specific website carries a shorter guarantee period (e.g. 12 months) due to that site's own policies, we'll inform you of this at the time of placement.

7. Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of delivery/completion of the work. We accept payment via PayPal or Payoneer. Fees are otherwise as quoted or shown on our Pricing page at the time of your order. If payment isn't received within this window, we reserve the right to pause future orders until the outstanding balance is settled.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

If you cancel an order before work has started, you'll receive a full refund. If work has already begun, you'll be refunded only for the portion not yet completed — completed work is non-refundable, as our fees reflect work already delivered. If you're unhappy with completed work, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

This website, including its design, text and branding, belongs to About SEO Services and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You keep all rights to your own brand, website and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost rankings — arising from your use of our Services or website. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Third-Party Sites

We place content on independently owned publications. Once a link is live, we aren't responsible for that site's content, availability, or policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here applies from its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site or our Services after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
